if you are wondering why there are so many white pixels
it is because when i am making it transparent i tend to miss a lot so yeah that’s what happens
i would make it transparent on GIMP but the eraser never works

well i will tell you right now that my scanner has special features…
but i just go in and erase those lines manually (with PDN)
and for the color i never use that cuz my pics are in black and white anyway
but for me there is a bar that lets you choose between grey scale, colored, and black and white (i use grey scale)

ok i will download pdn and i have a program on my scanner that lets me do black and white, true color, grayscale, etc. but then how do you color if you use grayscale?

it’s easy on pdn
you just use the paint brush tool on there and paint
(i never liked GIMP because of your issue)
